Nicole specializes in matters of estate planning and probate and fiduciary litigation. Before graduating from the University of Houston Law Center, she clerked at two of the Harris County Probate Courts and began working at one of Houston’s most well-respected estate planning and probate firms. After graduation, Nicole worked for a preeminent boutique firm specializing in probate litigation before becoming part of the counsel at McDonald Worley Her practice includes will contests, trust disputes, representations of beneficiaries and fiduciaries concerning claims of breach of fiduciary duty, guardianship contests, straightforward probate administrations, and appeals. Nicole also assists clients with their estate planning needs and uses her experience in litigation to help her clients craft plans that are insulated from potential attack.
