In the 16 plus years since Bill received his law degree, he has handled thousands of cases involving nursing home neglect and abuse, defective medical devices, dangerous drugs, complex product liability disputes, commercial litigation, eminent domain and condemnation matters, personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, defective automobiles, and intellectual property disputes.

Bill’s extensive experience includes many multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of his clients. He has been certified as a life member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which are prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States with fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers as members. Also, Bill has been named “Best Attorneys of America” by Rue Ratings. He is a Lifetime Charter Member of that organization.
