Michelle Eddington

Michelle Eddington is an attorney and registered nurse. Michelle focuses her law practice on representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases caused by medical/healthcare  negligence, and product liability cases involving defective health care products and medical devices.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. After graduating from nursing school Michelle accepted a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U. S. Army Nurse Corps. After leaving military service, Michelle continued her clinical nursing practice in surgical intensive care, adult and pediatric burns, and poly-trauma.

Michelle also began working as a legal nurse consultant assisting lawyers in litigation involving complex medical issues. Michelle went on to earn her law degree from Baylor University in 2003. Her years of experience as an intensive care nurse before she became an attorney forms the foundation of her legal practice in cases involving complex medical issues, including injuries caused by medical malpractice and products liability, and it has given her a unique perspective on how to handle high conflict, stressful and traumatic situations in a calm, supportive and rational manner.
