Matthew Yezierski

Matthew Yezierski specializes in civil litigation and works on a variety of cases from Labor & Employment to Product Liability to Medical Malpractice litigation.

Like his practice, Matthew’s past is filled with a variety of work and life experiences. After graduating high school in Stockbridge, New York, Matthew served in the United States Air Force where he was an aircraft maintenance specialist working on F-16s. After leaving the military, Matthew worked in numerous areas from construction to genetic research. In 2011, Matthew decided to pursue his law degree and attended the University of Houston Law Center.

Matthew focused on honing his advocacy skills competing in almost a dozen mock trial tournaments across the country and winning several of them. Upon his graduation, Matthew received an award from the International Academy of Trial Lawyers for his Superior Courtroom Skills and became a member of the Order of the Barristers. After leaving law school, Matthew focused primarily on Labor & Employment and worked alongside some of the best attorneys in that area of the law. Always seeking new challenges, Matthew changed his focus to product liability in 2019 and worked in Mass Tort litigation where he predominantly worked on defective hip and knee implant devices.

In 2021, Matthew joined McDonald Worley to put his years of varied experiences and his courtroom training to use to seek justice for those who have been harmed by the actions of others.
