Kristy Stewart is the Director of Operations and Case Management System Administrator at McDonald Worley.
Kristy began her career in the retail industry where she learned invaluable lessons in customer service and the ins and outs of running a successful business. She was responsible for creating and managing a department that played a part in the growth of what was then a start-up retail clothing store that is a national chain today.
Kristy found her way to the legal industry working with a Justice of the Peace in Travis County Texas, while raising her three children. This opened the door to opportunities working for law firms where she found her passion as a senior paralegal assisting attorneys and creating processes that ultimately lead to helping others seek justice.
Kristy has been with McDonald Worley for five years and has steadily progressed to positions of greater scope and management responsibility. In 2022, Kristy was asked to join the firms leadership team because of her dedication to the firm, expert insights into the firms systems and processes, and demonstrated leadership skills.
