Jacqui Stump is an experienced litigation attorney practicing primarily in personal injury litigation. She is licensed in Texas and Louisiana and has extensive experience practicing in both state and federal courts. Jacqui joined McDonald Worley in 2022, where her focus is dedicated to personal injury litigation, including elder abuse and nursing home negligence.

A native of rural Southwest Louisiana, Jacqui is a graduate of both Louisiana State University Agricultural & Mechanical College and LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While in law school, Jacqui was active in the pro bono community and served as Vice President of her senior class.

Jacqui began her career in New Orleans practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, multi-party litigation, and property damage. Since moving to Texas, Jacqui has worked almost exclusively in personal injury litigation.

Jacqui is currently a member of the Texas and Louisiana Bar Associations, the American Association of Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Women Attorneys, and the Houston Junior League. Jacqui lives in Houston with her partner, Mike and their bulldog, Mama. She enjoys traveling, running, cooking, attending Astros games, and enjoying the international cuisine found in Houston.
