Driver Flees From the Police, Crashes a Tree and Dies On The Scene

A driver lost his life in a car accident and severely injured two passengers in western New York. The accident occurred on Monday. The police believed that the driver was fleeing from them.

The chain of events began around 4 p.m. when officers tried to pull over a car in Warsaw, about 45 miles east of Buffalo.

Officers from various departments pursued the car as it rushed through Attica, about 14 miles away. Police finally caught up with the vehicle in the town of Alexander, where the car had crashed into a tree.

The man who was driving the car was killed on the scene. The passengers, a man, and a woman were immediately transported to hospitals due to the severity of their injuries.
