HOUSTON, TX – A woman was seriously hurt in a wreck on the Katy Freeway this morning, KHOU 11 reports.
The victim was driving on the Katy Freeway near Barker Cypress Road and Park Ten Boulevard when she was sideswiped by another car. The woman then stopped in moving traffic for unknown reasons and was rear-ended by a third vehicle, which critically injured her.
The driver of the third vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. It is not known if he will face charges. The driver of the first car did not remain at the scene.
