HOUSTON, TX – Police responded to an 18-wheeler accident in north Houston today that killed at least one person, according to Houston’s TxDOT office.

The accident took place at I-610 North Loop and Hardy Toll Road on Tuesday afternoon and was reported at 2 p.m. At least one person was killed in the wreck, which caused a vehicle fire. Firefighters and Hazmat crews responded to the incident.
