HOUSTON, TX – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a driver on Kuykendahl Road Friday night, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
Juan Pablo Medina Mendoza was hit by the unidentified vehicle near the road’s 16900 block at around 11:30 p.m. Authorities are not sure if Mendoza was standing in the area or attempting to cross the road. The driver did not remain at the scene and instead fled.
The victim was killed upon impact. The incident remains under investigation.
