Crash Alert: Motorcyclist killed in collision with car in Baytown

BAYTOWN, TX – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a pickup truck in Baytown on Wednesday night, according to the team at the Houston Chronicle.

The victim, a young father of a 2-year-old, was riding his motorcycle on West Baker Street when the pickup suddenly pulled in front of him while attempting to turn onto Hemlock Drive. The motorcyclist crashed into the truck and was severely injured.

The man was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the pickup truck remained at the scene and was later arrested by authorities. It is not yet clear whether he will face any charges.
