HOUSTON, TX – A driver hit and killed a pedestrian while doing donuts in southeast Houston on the morning of Monday, September 14, according to the team at ABC 13.
Authorities say the driver was doing donuts on Scott Street near the South Loop around 2:15 a.m. when they hit the female pedestrian Though investigators believe that the collision was an accident, the driver left the scene.
