Crash Alert: Cyclist dies after hit-and-run collision in SW Harris County

HOUSTON, TX – A cyclist died after a hit-and-run collision in southwest Harris County Thursday night, Click2Houston reports.

John H. Bryant was found lying in the road at 6440 Sugarland Howell Road at around 11:53 p.m. Investigators determined that Bryant was riding his bicycle on the road when he was hit by a dark-colored passenger vehicle which then fled the scene. Paramedics rushed Bryant to the hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
