KATY, TX – A three-year-old child suffered critical injuries after being hit by a car in the Katy area on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 22, according to KHOU 11.
The collision occurred near the Commons of Hollyhock Apartments at 5700 Greenhouse Road. The child suffered critical injuries and was rushed to the hospital via LifeFlight.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office has opened an investigation into the incident. The driver reportedly remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
