Crash Alert: 3 dead, 2 injured in Northwest Houston crash

HOUSTON, TX – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a crash that left three people dead and two seriously injured in Jersey Village.

According to abc13, the accident happened on Sunday morning around 8 a.m. A Honda was driving in the 12230 block of FM 529 when a pickup truck turned in front of it. The Honda did not have time to stop and slammed into the pickup. Three of the Honda’s passengers died at the scene; the driver is alive but in an unknown condition.

The driver of the pickup was ejected and is in critical condition.

Police are still investigating the cause of the crash. It is not clear whether impairment or speed were factors.
