Cash Alert: Two Killed Following North Beltway Wrong-Way Crash

HOUSTON, TX – Two people died as the result of a high-speed wrong way collision along the North Beltway early Tuesday morning.

According to KTRK, the accident occurred at about 12:15 p.m., when a black sedan was traveling west in the eastbound lanes of the Beltway collided with another vehicle near Veterans Memorial Drive.

One driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. Another was transported to a nearby hospital, where they died. It is unclear which driver was responsible for the crash.
