Jeffrey C. Bogert has been practicing law since 1987, primarily representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. Since 2005, he has focused on mass torts, handling cases against Proctor and Gamble, Merck, DuPuy, Johnson & Johnson and Novartis, including participating in bellwether trials. He has tried 30 cases to jury verdict in state and federal court.

Jeff is licensed to practice law in California and has been admitted to practice in Federal Court (through MDL admission or pro hac vice) in Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and the District of Columbia.

He has presented on a variety of subjects at legal conferences, such as The Western Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Jeff received his A.B. in political science from Occidental College in Los Angeles and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific / McGeorge School of Law In Sacramento. He lives in Santa Monica with his wife, Tamara (an Assistant to the Dean of University of Southern California’s School of Law), and their Italian Mastiff, Charlie.
